Mulch bowls for entire developments
Street trees and feature plantings in new estates need a clean, well-defined mulch bowl to protect the root zone, hold moisture and keep mowers and trimmers away from the trunk. Over time mulch breaks down, blows away or gets buried, and bowls lose their shape.
We build new mulch bowls and replenish existing ones across whole developments. That keeps every street looking consistent and gives young trees a better chance of establishing.
Garden bed planting at scale
We handle large-scale planting of garden beds, from entry features and park beds to streetscapes and display areas. That includes:

We source quality materials and locally sourced plants, and we work to the developer's landscape plan and specifications.
Built to be maintained
A landscape only looks good if it's looked after. Because we also mow, run weed control programs and complete site clean-ups, we understand what makes a planting easy or hard to maintain. After planting, we can keep beds weeded, mulch topped up and surrounding turf mown as part of one ongoing program.
For developers, that means one contractor from planting through to maintenance, and a streetscape that still looks right when the last lots sell.
Planning around construction
Estates rarely sit still. Civil works, house construction and turfing all happen around the landscaping. We plan planting and mulching around what else is happening on site, so new beds aren't damaged by trucks or buried by building rubbish. Where the timing isn't right, we'll tell you, and we'll schedule the work for when it will last.
Front yard landscaping for new homes
Many new estates require front gardens to be completed within a set time after the home is finished, and to follow the estate's design guidelines. Our front yard packages are built for exactly that. Every design stays within developer guidelines, uses quality materials and locally sourced plants, and starts with a hands-on initial consultation.
We offer three styles: the Urban Lush Garden, the New Formal Garden and the Modernist Garden. Builders and developers can also talk to us about delivering front yards across multiple lots.

Most of our work is in housing developments in Melbourne's growth areas. We know what developers need: work done to plan, on schedule, with a tidy site at the end of each day. We're fully licensed and insured, and our crews work Monday to Friday and keep you updated as the job progresses.
